Remarks: TXL wire is an extra-thin walled, chemically cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated single-core cable designed for automotive applications requiring a smaller diameter and minimal weight solution. It offers excellent high-temperature resistance (-40°C to 125°C / -40°F to 257°F), flame retardancy, flexibility, and resistance to oil, gasoline, grease, moisture, acids, and solvents, making it ideal for demanding environments like engine compartments. Compliant with key automotive standards including SAE J-1128, Ford ESB-M1L85-B / M1L-123A, and Chrysler MS-8900 / MS-8288, it has a voltage rating of 60 V DC (25 V AC). Available in 24 AWG to 8 AWG sizes and multiple colors.
