The 2-pole metal connector is used to join two single-core cables together. This 2 pole high-voltage connector is designed to connect the 16mm² and 25mm² shielding cables. It’s suitable for high voltage use, such as electric car, inverter, electric motor, HV PDU, DC-DC converter, or on-board charger. The material of the connector is zinc alloy, which is heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The contact surface is copper with good conductivity, so that the contact resistance is small. The sealing part of this 2-pole connector is silicone rubber, with great sealing performance, and it can be used in harsh environments.
